6 For Gold is a UK prize competition platform offering cash and physical-prize competitions with clear paid and free entry routes.
We aim to make every competition straightforward to understand. Each competition page displays the prize, ticket price, available entries and closing or draw date, together with the applicable entry information.
Our free-entry routes, draw process, winner notification process and prize fulfilment information are explained clearly across our website. Competition results and previous winner information are published on our Winners page.

Step 1 — Choose Your Competition
Browse our active competitions and choose the competition you'd like to enter.
Each competition page provides important information including the prize, ticket price, number of tickets available and the applicable closing or draw date.
Step 2 — Choose How to Enter
Eligible competitions offer both paid and free entry routes. Please check the individual competition page and the relevant free-entry instructions before entering.
Paid Entry
Choose your available ticket number(s) or use Lucky Dip, then complete checkout.
Each successfully purchased ticket gives you an entry into that competition.
Online Free Magpie Entry
Eligible competitions also offer our Online Free Magpie Entry.
Online Free Magpie entrants are placed into the competition's free-entry pool, represented by Ticket #1.
If Ticket #1 is selected as the winning number, a further random draw is carried out between the valid online free entrants in that competition's free-entry pool to determine the winner.
Free Postal Entry
You can also enter eligible competitions by post using our Free Postal Entry route.
Each valid postal entry is allocated an available ticket number and included directly in the main competition draw.

Step 3 — Your Entry
Paid entries and valid postal entries are allocated ticket numbers for the relevant competition.
Online Free Magpie entries are recorded within the free-entry pool represented by Ticket #1.
You can view your active entries through your 6 For Gold account.
Step 4 — The Draw
Each competition has a closing or draw date displayed on its competition page.
The winning ticket number is selected at random using our random number generator.
Where Ticket #1 is selected and the competition contains valid Online Free Magpie entries, a further random selection is made from those valid free entrants to determine the winner.
Our draw process is designed to be transparent and auditable, and competition results are published after the draw.
Step 5 — Winner Notification
You do not need to watch a live draw to win.
Winners are contacted using the contact details registered to their account, so please make sure your details are kept up to date.
We may carry out reasonable identity, age and eligibility checks before releasing a prize.
Cash prizes are paid by UK bank transfer following successful verification. Physical prizes are delivered or arranged with the winner as appropriate.

Each valid postal entry is allocated an available ticket number and included directly in the main competition draw.

Where Ticket #1 represents an Online Free Magpie pool and is selected as the winning number, the winner is then selected at random from the valid entrants in that pool.

Physical prize delivery or collection arrangements will be agreed with the winner as appropriate.
