TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promoter
   The promoter of this competition is 6 For Gold, located at Ariel close Cellardyke, Fife.

2. Eligibility
   Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and residents of the United Kingdom unless otherwise stated.

3. Competition Entry
   To enter the competition, participants may purchase a ticket via our website. Alternatively, a free entry route is available online or by post — see Section 4. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. All entries, whether paid or free, are entered into the same draw with an equal chance of winning.

4. Free Entry Route
   A free postal entry route is available. To enter for free, send your full name, address, email, and the name of the competition on a postcard to:
   5 Ariel Close Cellardyke, Fife, KY10 3FG. You can also enter for free by completing our online form (See Free entry).
   Postal entries must arrive before the competition closing date.

5. Ticket Limits
   Each participant may purchase multiple entries unless a maximum limit is stated on the competition page.

6. Winner Selection
   Once the competition sells out or reaches the closing date, a winner will be selected at random from all correct entries using a random number generator.

7. Winner Notification
   The winner will be contacted via email or phone within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, a new winner may be selected.

8. Prize
   The prize is described on the competition page. No cash alternative will be offered unless stated.

9. Publicity
   The winner agrees to the use of their first name and county for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.

10. Liability
    The promoter is not responsible for any technical issues that may affect entry.

11. Amendments
    The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the competition if necessary.

12. Acceptance
    By entering the competition, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
