1️⃣ Competition Entries
All competition entries are final. Once a ticket number has been allocated, the entry is non-refundable.
By purchasing an entry, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital entry into a prize competition and not a physical product.
No refunds will be given for:
- Change of mind
- Entering the wrong competition
- Failure to check the competition details
2️⃣ Free Entries
Free entries are treated equally to paid entries and are included in the draw once validated. Free entries cannot be transferred or exchanged.
3️⃣ Competition Cancellation
If a competition is cancelled for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to:
- Issue a full refund to all paid entrants, or
- Offer the option to transfer entries to a future competition
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7 working days.
4️⃣ Insufficient Entries
If the competition does not reach sufficient entries to proceed, the promoter may:
- Extend the closing date, or
- Offer a cash alternative prize, or
- Provide a full refund
5️⃣ Technical Errors
The promoter is not responsible for technical errors, payment failures, or website downtime. If a payment is taken in error, please contact us immediately at 6ForGold@proton.me
6️⃣ VIP Subscriptions
VIP subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months once payment has been processed.
