1. The Promoter

The promoter is 6 For Gold, trading at 6forgold.co.uk ("we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over
• Employees of 6 For Gold and their immediate families are not eligible
• Proof of identity and age may be required

3. How to Enter

• Purchase an entry for £2.00 through our website
• Each £2.00 purchase = 1 entry into the next weekly draw
• Provide accurate contact details (name, email, phone number) at checkout
• Multiple entries are permitted
• Entries close 30 minutes before each draw

4. The Draw

• Draws take place every Sunday at 8:00pm GMT
• Winners are selected at random from all valid entries
• The draw is conducted fairly and transparently
• Draw results are final and binding

5. Prizes

• Main Jackpot: £10,000 cash (starting amount)
• Additional Prizes: £300, £250, £200, £100 cash prizes
• If the main jackpot is not won, £200 will be added to the next week's jackpot
• Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable
• No cash alternative is available

6. Winner Notification

• Winners will be contacted via email and phone within 1 hour of the draw
• Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize
• If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim within 7 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner
• Winner names may be published on our website and social media

7. Prize Claim & Payment

• Cash prizes will be paid via bank transfer within 14 days of verification
• Winners must provide valid ID and bank details
• We reserve the right to verify winners before releasing prizes

8. Data Protection

• Your personal data will be used only for competition administration
• We comply with UK GDPR regulations

• By entering, you consent to us contacting you about your entry

9. Entry Fees & Refunds

• Entry fees are non-refundable once the draw has taken place
• We reserve the right to cancel or postpone draws in exceptional circumstances
• If a draw is cancelled, entry fees will be refunded in full

• We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time
• We reserve the right to cancel or suspend the competition if necessary
• Our decision on all matters is final and binding
• These terms are governed by English law
